Newcomers Greeting Program Launches at ICANN's 40th Meeting

ICANN's 40th Public Meeting opens in Silicon Valley on Sunday, March 13.

If this will be the first time you attend an ICANN meeting, you might not know where to begin. That's why ICANN is launching the Newcomers Greeting Program.

Which of the more than 100 sessions and events should you attend? How can you connect with other community members? How can you get involved in shaping the Internet's future? The Newcomers Greeting Team is here to answer all these questions and more.

We invite newcomers at the Silicon Valley meeting to stop by the Newcomers' Lounge, located on the Mezzanine level. The Newcomers Greeting Team will connect you to a greeter who will guide and mentor you during the Silicon Valley meeting. Greeters (who were once newcomers themselves) are here to answer your questions, connect you to fellow community members, and teach you all about the ICANN community. Feel free to take advantage of these invaluable resources.
